You are loved.
God’s love is the beginning of this story. In Jesus, he comes close to us and invites us into life with him.

You can come honestly.
Sin separates us from God. Jesus invites us to turn to him, bring our guilt into the light and ask for forgiveness.

Jesus has opened the way.
Jesus died for us and rose again. The Christian hope rests on him: forgiveness, reconciliation with God and new life.

Grace is a gift.
We receive salvation through faith in Jesus, not by earning it. You are invited to trust him and follow him.

This is not a formula to recite. What matters is your trust in Jesus.
Lord Jesus Christ, I come to you as I am. I bring you my life, my questions and my guilt. I believe that you died for me and that you rose again. Please forgive me and make me new. I turn to you and entrust my life to you. Teach me to follow you. Give me your Holy Spirit and help me to live in your love and truth. Thank you for your grace. Amen.

Get to know Jesus.
Start with the Gospel of John. Read a short passage each day and ask: What does it tell me about Jesus?

Speak with him.
Pray in your own words. You can bring gratitude, questions, guilt and everyday concerns to God. You do not need a perfect speech.

Find people to walk with.
Look for a local Christian church that takes Jesus and the Bible seriously, welcomes questions and respects your freedom. Talk with someone you trust.

Take the next step.
Speak with the church about baptism and following Jesus. Let faith take shape in everyday life: receive forgiveness, forgive others and learn to love.
